Executive Assistant to General Manager — Hong Kong
We are looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to provide high‑level support to our General Manager (Hong Kong). This role requires a proactive, highly organized professional who can operate with maturity, discretion, and efficiency in a fast‑paced, multinational environment. You will work closely with the GM to enable smooth daily operations, coordinate strategic initiatives, and ensure effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate multi‑country travel arrangements.
- Prepare professional correspondence, presentations, reports, and meeting materials.
- Handle expense claims, documentation, and administrative processes efficiently.
- Act as a key liaison between the GM and internal/external stakeholders.
Business Coordination
- Support business reviews, leadership meetings, and cross‑function initiatives.
- Track action items, follow up with key contributors, and ensure timely execution.
- Conduct background research and assist in preparing materials for decision‑making.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, senior leaders, clients, and partners.
- Draft and review communications to ensure professionalism and accuracy.
- Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
Office & Team Collaboration
- Provide support for corporate events and internal initiatives where necessary.
- Work closely with teams to ensure aligned and effective business operations.
Requirements
✅ Minimum 5 years’ experience supporting senior executives, ideally within an international or multinational corporate environment.
✅ A self‑driven and collaborative professional with strong initiative, ownership, and adaptability in a fast‑moving environment.
✅ Exceptional organizational abilities, capable of managing multiple priorities with high attention to detail.
✅ Strong interpersonal skills, able to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
✅ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
✅ Demonstrated business insight, professionalism, and maturity when interacting with senior leaders.
✅ Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with strong capability in designing executive‑level presentations.
