A renowned institution is looking for a seasoned PR, Brand & Marketing leader to drive strategic campaigns, manage digital platforms, and deliver high-quality events that reinforce the brand & identity of the organization.

Job responsibilities

  • Lead Branding & Marketing Team: Manage and guide the team to deliver initiatives aligned with the institution’s branding objectives.
  • Develop Brand Strategy: Create and execute communication plans and marketing campaigns to strengthen brand awareness locally and internationally.
  • Drive Digital & Social Media: Oversee social media strategy and digital content creation to enhance engagement and brand loyalty.
  • Plan & Execute Events: Organize high-profile events, manage logistics, and ensure consistent branding across all touchpoints.
  • Monitor Performance & Budgets: Track campaign effectiveness, manage budgets, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate & Innovate: Work cross-functionally to maintain brand consistency and deliver creative solutions that support strategic goals.

Qualifications

  • Degree holder with minimum 15 years of relevant working experience
  • Proven expertise in branding and marketing, including campaign management, digital content strategy, and social media.
  • Strong background in event management and storytelling, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Exceptional planning and project management skills, with the ability to analyze data and deliver insights.
  • Creative and strategic thinker with strong collaboration skills.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese; fluency in Putonghua is an advantage.
