Key Responsibilities

• Perform application systems support and maintenance, including routine job processes, ad-hoc requests, UAT testing, user training, system administrations and configurations.
• Support and troubleshoot the technical issues and incidents of application systems.
• Support integration development between systems to achieve process and system integration.
• Prepare and maintain technical documents and operation manuals for support service details and troubleshooting steps.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, internal project team and external vendors to support project implementation.
• Follow up cybersecurity requirements and issues with infrastructure and security team

Knowledge and Skills

• Degree in computer science, information systems or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years of experience with system development and maintenance support, implementation of ERP and CRM systems
• Hands-on experience in cloud-based web/mobile application development and maintenance is an advantage.
• Good knowledge in SQL, ETL and Microsoft Power Platform will also be an advantage.
• Good communication skills: able to work closely with colleagues and vendors etc on a professional basis. (English & Cantonese)

Job Description 

• Oversee the management of cash, loans, foreign exchange, and interest rate hedging needs, ensuring compliance for the REIT.
• Handle the procurement of financing for the REIT, including negotiating terms with banks and completing necessary documentation.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with banks, both new and existing.
• Monitor and assess financial covenants on debt facilities, including environmentally friendly facilities. Keep track of all funding needs and offer treasury support as required for the REIT's investment and divestment activities.
• Supervise the REIT's liquidity and cash position, including the preparation of cash flow forecasts and collaborating with local finance teams to optimize cash balances.
• Generate periodic reports for senior management.
• Engage in other pertinent treasury tasks and participate in ad-hoc projects as necessary.

Qualifications

• A Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Economics, Banking or any equivalent.
• Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in treasury working experience, preferably in real estate or REIT.
• Familiar with debt capital markets, loan / ISDA documentation and financial analysis / modelling are added advantage.
• Proficient in SAP and MS Office with advanced MS Excel skills.

Job Description
