Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the Group’s finance and treasury operations, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day management of all financial activities.
- Take charge of the financial performance of the Group and its subsidiaries across Hong Kong, Mainland China and the US, including accounting, reporting, analysis, and tax planning responsibilities.
- Work closely with the CFO to shape and roll out the Group’s overall financial roadmap, while providing strategic financial insights to support business decisions.
- Lead and supervise finance teama based in Hong Kong and Shenzhen.
- Develop, strengthen, and monitor financial control frameworks and procedures to safeguard the Group’s assets and ensure adherence to regulatory and internal compliance requirements.
- Maintain strong working relationships with banks, external auditors, and tax consultants.
- Contribute to M&A activities and support various strategic or ad‑hoc corporate projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance and a qualified accountant designation.
- At least 10 years of relevant experience, ideally gained from international audit firms and Hong Kong–listed companies.
- Proven experience managing teams in China is essential.
- Background in trading, garments, manufacturing, or experience with financial systems implementation will be advantageous.
- Proactive, resilient, results‑driven, and capable of working under tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and commercial awareness.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team‑management abilities.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
