Job Description
A leading multinational consumer health and nutrition company is seeking a (Associate) Brand Manager to drive brand growth, innovation, and digital engagement across Hong Kong and the Greater Bay Area, with a strong emphasis on Mainland China-facing digital and social platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Growth
- Own and drive overall brand health, equity, and performance metrics
- Formulate and execute brand strategies to grow awareness, engagement, and market share
- Translate insights into actionable marketing and communication plans
Integrated Marketing & Campaign Management
- Lead end-to-end integrated marketing campaigns, from creative ideation to execution excellence
- Develop and deploy assets across multiple touchpoints, with a strong focus on China digital ecosystems
- Partner closely with creative, social, and media agencies to maximise impact and ROI
China Digital & Social Media Execution
- Plan and execute China-focused social media strategies across platforms such as WeChat, Weibo, Xiaohongshu (RED) etc.
- Track performance using data analytics, draw insights, and continuously optimise content and media strategy
- Work effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners, including China-based teams or agencies
Innovation & New Launches
- Support innovation planning, including product positioning, packaging development, and go-to-market execution
- Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure smooth and timely launches
Market Intelligence & Performance Review
- Monitor competitors, consumer trends, and category dynamics
- Provide recommendations for brand and campaign adaptations based on market insights
Budget & Stakeholder Management
- Manage assigned marketing budgets responsibly and in close collaboration with Finance
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment and execution excellence
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related disciplines
- 4+ years of marketing experience in FMCG, consumer goods, or related sectors
- Strong exposure to Mainland China market and Chinese digital platforms
- Proven ability to drive engagement and growth on platforms such as RED and WeChat
- Experience working with China-based or Chinese digital agencies is highly welcomed
- Strong stakeholder management, ownership mindset, and proactive “can-do” attitude
- Creative yet results-driven, with solid project and agency management skills
- Agile, adaptable, and comfortable navigating changing market dynamics
- Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese
