Key Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets for cytology and molecular products (capital equipment and disposables).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with OB-GYNs, labs, and healthcare professionals.
- Conduct product presentations, training sessions, and educational programs.
- Lead territory business planning, market analysis, and competitive assessments.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, regulatory, and field service teams.
- Support scientific studies and contribute to publications and presentations.
- Ensure CRM data accuracy and timely reporting of sales activities.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Science, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of diagnostic or life science sales experience.
- Experience with public hospital segments and KOL development is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of cytology, molecular diagnostics, and lab workflows.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
