HR Associate (12-Month Renewable Contract) MNC Pharmaceutical Company

Job Summary:

A leading pharmaceutical company is seeking an HR Associate (12-month contract) to support Human Resources operations, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and HR administration. This role ensures HR functions align with company goals and industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Assist in job postings, interview coordination, reference checks, and onboarding activities to ensure a smooth hiring process.
  • Employee Relations: Address employee inquiries, support grievance resolution, and promote engagement initiatives.
  • HR Administration: Maintain employee records, prepare HR documents, and assist with payroll processing.
  • Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations, supporting audits and HR reporting.
  • Training & Development: Coordinate training programs, track employee progress, and support learning initiatives.
  • Performance Management: Assist in performance reviews, goal-setting, and feedback processes.
  • HR Projects: Support diversity, inclusion, policy updates, and employee wellness initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of HR experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with pharmaceutical industry regulations.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
