Position Overview

We are seeking a strategic and experienced Senior Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts in Hong Kong and the Greater China region. This role is ideal for a dynamic leader with a deep understanding of healthcare marketing, strong regional market insights, and a passion for driving growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies for product launches, brand development, and market penetration in Hong Kong and surrounding markets.
  • Lead the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and event platforms.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with sales, clinical, and regulatory teams to ensure cohesive messaging and market alignment.
  • Manage marketing budgets and performance metrics to ensure ROI and continuous improvement.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and customer engagements.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and professional development.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 8 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in the medical device or healthcare sector.
  • Proven track record in regional marketing strategy and execution.
  • Solid team management experience is a must, with demonstrated success in leading and developing marketing teams.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance in Hong Kong and Greater China.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluency in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus.
