Medical Affair Executive (1-year renewable contract)

Job Purpose:

The main responsibility is to apply knowledge of Immunology & Neurology treatments and investigational compounds to help achieve the medical goals of assigned products.

• Engage with healthcare professionals (HCPs) and external stakeholders
• Collaborate with the brand team to meet both external and internal needs
• Hybrid role: 30% office-based, 70% customer-facing

Key Responsibilities:

• • Coordinate activities and engage scientifically with experts (70% customer-facing)
  • Respond to customer queries received through Medical Information and the sales team
  • Support planning and execution of Advisory Boards, education meetings, and Scientific Exchange Meetings (SEMs)
  • Develop and maintain relationships with professional societies
  • Deliver scientific and educational meetings for customers and internal training
  • Contribute to the development of medical plans and strategies
  • Support data analysis and development of slide decks
  • Stay updated on relevant medical and scientific developments
  • Be aware of trends and clinical practices to support the brand team
  • Serve as a key medical point of contact for the brand team
  • Provide clinical and scientific input to the cross-functional team
  • Support medical launch efforts and communicate clinical landscape insights
  • Oversee the medical component of local Patient Support Programs (PSP)
  • Assist in the medical training needs of internal teams (e.g., sales representatives, marketers)
  • Oversee collection and analysis of customer data for insights

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s Degree/master’s Degree of PhD in relevant studies
• Fresh graduates or those new to the pharmaceutical industry are welcome
• Relevant experience in medical support is a plus

• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, project management, and presentation skills
• Ability to simplify scientific data for customer communication
• Experience in customer interactions
• Ability to collaborate across multiple functions such as Marketing, Compliance, PRA, and Regulatory
