Job Description
What You Will Do:
- Carry out sales and case support activities to achieve budgeted sales and profitability goals within the Implants (Trauma & Spine) portfolio.
- Support Sales Manager to formulate sales plans and activities in accordance with local strategy.
- Identify market‐specific needs, trends and opportunities for business growth.
- Develop and maintain a strong network of cooperative relationships with business partners (dealers) and customers.
- Prepare regular sales performance analyses, forecasts, and identify critical issues.
- Explore new accounts/business opportunities to build customer base.
- Prepare monthly reports on market trends, consumer habits, competitor information, etc.
- Compile customers‘ feedback to drive improvements in quality of service and to expand business portfolio.
What You Need:
- Bachelors Degree in Sciences or Business / Marketing related fields.
- 1 to 2 years' sales and/or marketing experience in the medical device industry preferred.
- Highly results driven with good negotiation & communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with proven track record in building and maintaining stakeholder relationships internally and externally.
- Enjoys working collaboratively in a cross-functional and team oriented environment.
- Strong business acumen and demonstrated problem solving capabilities.
