Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination.
• Support onboarding activities, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
• Handle HR administration tasks, such as maintaining employee records and preparing HR-related documents.
• Provide support for employee relations, responding to inquiries and assisting in engagement initiatives.
• Assist in HR compliance and reporting to ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies.
• Coordinate training programs and track employee development.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Fresh graduates with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
