Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Medical Aesthetic Sales Representative. This role is crucial in promoting cutting-edge medical aesthetic products to targeted customers and achieving company objectives while maintaining strong professional relationships within the medical community.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with assigned customers and potential new accounts in the medical aesthetic field.
  • Collaborate with reporting managers to review and analyze market data, shaping effective sales strategies.
  • Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities to expand business and sales activities.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through strategic customer development and penetration.
  • Provide valuable input to sales forecasts for effective business planning.
  • Work closely with the Marketing and Training teams to drive marketing programs and coordinate training events.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in medical sales, preferably in the aesthetic industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel and attend professional education events as required.
