Sales Operation Assistant/Executive (Contract)
Location: Hong Kong
Job description:
- Provide secretarial support to Head of Customer Engagement
- Provide full spectrum of sales and administrative support to the Customer Engagement Team(Sales Team)
- Compile sales report and sales forecast
- Assist sales team to prepare for meetings with healthcare professionals
Requirements:
- Higher diploma or associate degree equivalent in Business related disciplines
- 1 year working experience in sales administration preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese
- Detailed-oriented, proactive, good interpersonal, time management and problem-solving skills
