Job Description
Our client, a leading pharmaceutical company, is seeking an experienced Sales Supervisor/Sales Manager to join their team in Hong Kong. This role presents an exciting opportunity to expand business horizons through the strategic execution of sales initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing comprehensive sales plans, executing marketing activities, and building strong relationships with local Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and other partners for an assigned product portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing Comprehensive Sales Plans: Create detailed sales strategies and set targets in collaboration with your team.
- Executing Marketing Activities: Implement and monitor marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Building Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with local KOLs, distributors, physician accounts, and other strategic partners.
- Managing Administrative Tasks: Oversee daily functions such as submitting bids, pricing, and fees, as well as introducing new products to hospitals and participating in centralized procurement.
- Coaching and Providing Feedback: Mentor team members and offer constructive feedback to support their professional development.
- Attending Market Meetings and Training: Participate in market sales meetings and training sessions to stay informed and engaged.
- Ensuring Compliance: Manage compliance guidelines and sales materials to align with company standards.
- Collaborating with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with various departments to drive commercial success and achieve organizational goals.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Science, Medical Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry; candidates with Key Account Manager experience are encouraged to apply, preferably with people management exposure.
- Familiarity with the local market, strong analytical skills for business opportunity analysis, and effective conversion abilities.
- A robust network of healthcare professionals, KOLs, and distributors is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Native in Cantonese; fluent in English and Mandarin.
