Position Overview:

As a (Senior) Product Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in promoting and selling cutting-edge pharmaceutical products to physicians and healthcare professionals within your assigned territory. Your primary focus will be on driving sales volume in alignment with company sales policies and plans while fostering strong relationships with customers to ensure their utmost satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge about products, competitors, customers, market trends, and opportunities.
  • Execute all sales and marketing activities in strict compliance with corporate SOPs and local regulations.
  • Identify and capitalize on market opportunities in accordance with strategic plans.
  • Cultivate and nurture customer relations, both internally and externally, to foster long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Ensure thorough coverage planning and reporting, continuously updating customer data and information.
  • Participate in the development of operational and execution strategies, coordinating team projects from planning to implementation.
  • Focus on promoting primary care products within the private sector, with a particular emphasis on Diabetes management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree or above, preferably in Pharmacy/Pharmacy-related or Life Sciences-related majors.
  • 1-3 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly with prescription medicines in the private sector.
  • Candidates with more experience will be considered for the Territory Manager position.
  • Previous experience in engaging healthcare professionals within the relevant sector is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with individuals of diverse personalities.
