Title: Assistant Key Account Manager (6 months contract)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as an Assistant Key Account Manager. In this role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with a diverse and high-performing team while tackling some of the most important challenges in the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Optimize channel performance of the assigned key business account.
  • Coordinate promotional programs while maintaining excellence in daily operations.
  • Foster strong commercial relationships with business accountsenquiries and collaborate closely with other departments (supply chain, finance, marketing, medical, regulatory affairs) to ensure effective communication.
  • Identify opportunities and develop sales action plans to drive growth in retail sales.
  • Ensure accurate demand forecasting and monitor clientsorder status.
  • Prepare sales performance review and routine reports.

Qualifications:

  • The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 23 years of key account experience within retail key chains.
  • You should be able to handle complex tasks with resilience and open-mindedness, and have strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to support sales and cross-functional teams in achieving targets.
  • Capability to work independently is essential, and fluency in English and Mandarin is required.
