Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Medical Device Sales Representative. In this role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with a diverse and high-performing team while tackling some of the most important challenges in the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop your skills and knowledge as a professional sales representative by acquiring working knowledge and selling techniques in the medical device industry.
  • Visit customers and potential customers on a regular and planned basis to promote products and services, aiming to achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
  • Manage existing customers and acquire new ones in the assigned territory under the supervision of the Manager.
  • Plan and develop the market for existing and new products according to divisional goals and objectives, with limited instructions from management.
  • Provide ongoing technical training and support to customers directly in the field.
  • Cultivate a wide range of business relationships with hospital management, purchasing departments, and hospital staff.
  • Attend meetings, conferences, and exhibitions as required to promote products and services.
  • Analyze and report market and business feedback to management on a monthly and yearly basis.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (business, marketing, life sciences, etc.).
  • 1-4 years of experience in medical or pharmaceutical sales, preferably in the medical device industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
