Our client is a global leading pharmaceutical company. As a (Senior) Medical Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of oncology portfolio in an ethical and compliant manner.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the market landscape, including competitors, market trends, and customer needs
- Promote and educate healthcare professionals on the oncology products, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their features, benefits, and applications
- Conduct sales visits and build strong relationships with healthcare professionals
- Develop and implement effective strategies to drive product adoption and sales growth
- Attend conferences, seminars, CME meetings, etc. to represent the company and gather market insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of product strategies and promotional activities
- Handle ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any science disciplines
- 1 – 3 years of Pharma Sales experience in Oncology
- Excellent relationship-building and networking abilities, with a customer-centric approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders
- Good command in both English & Chinese
- Immediate available will be an advantage
