Marketing Executive | Loyalty Program (Fresh graduates are welcome)

Job Responsibilities

• Executing marketing and CRM initiatives to drive loyalty KPIs and raise awareness.
• Creating captivating campaign content and marketing collaterals.
• Collaborating with media, social agencies, and third-party vendors to implement marketing and CRM campaigns.
• Ensuring seamless campaign execution by coordinating with third parties and the operations team.
• Providing support to the customer service team and retail sites regarding marketing and CRM inquiries.
• Regularly updating and maintaining reports.
• Assisting the team with various tasks, both scheduled and ad hoc.

To qualify, individuals must possess:

• Associate degree or above with 1+ years working experience in marketing role
• Good command in both English and Chinese.
• Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fresh graduates will also be considered.
