Job Description
The Job:
- Assist with the design and implementation of new network solutions, including hardware and software upgrades, network expansions, and new network deployments
- Develop and maintain network documentation, including network diagrams, configurations, and procedures
- Identify network issue and/or area of improvement and track the mitigation progress
- Manage the service operation to meet the corresponding service level agreement
- Build up and maintain good relationships with customers to ensure excellent service delivery

- Occasional work in non-office hour for maintenance or on-site support
The Person:
- Higher Diploma or above in Engineering or IT related field
- At least 3 years of experience in network engineering related job roles
- Experience in network infrastructure implementation and administration, including Routers, Switches, Wireless, Firewalls and monitoring tool
- Familiarity with network security technologies and practices desired
- Experience with Cisco and/or Juniper network equipment is preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- CCNA or JNCIA certification preferred
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin
