Job Description

A locally renowned semi-public organization is looking for an Infrastructure & Security Manager. The person will be a subject matter expert to provide technical advice and support to business teams. Also will manage the outsourced IT helpdesk team to deliver end user services. 


Manage and supervise IT Helpdesk team in a lead capacity for providing end-user support and desktop administration for all stakeholders, and VIP users.
Manage the software, hardware inventory and procurement under asset strategy and lifecycle.
Manage the installations, upgrades and configurations of hardware and software and technologies.
Maintain internal knowledge base of technical documentation and SOPs.
Integrate system and information security in the design, implementation, and sustainment of technology solutions, especially for end-users’ solutions.


University degree holder in Computer Science or related disciplines.
Minimum 7 years of relevant hands-on experience in multiple areas, if not all, including IT end-user services delivery and team management, Microsoft Office 365 administration and support, end-user hardware and software, Windows platform management and upgrade.
Network, firewall and IT security experience and knowledge will be an advantage.
Experienced in outsourcing and vendor management.
Sound project management and IT service management skills.
Certified on Microsoft products, network, IT security, PMP, ITIL will be an advantage.
Strong customer service and continuous improvement mind-set. 
Independent and a good Team-player.
Good communication skills in English and Cantonese.
