Job Summary

The role involves executing promotional strategies, enhancing visibility, and implementing distribution plans to foster sustainable business growth within budget. This is achieved through coaching and empowering Sales Representatives in Open Trade, while also improving sales operations efficiency and productivity through effective Sales Force Automation management, analysis, and reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and ensure excellence in Sales Fundamentals, including Productivity, Distribution, Availability and Visibility within Open Trade.
  • Prepare and manage competitive intelligence reports for Open Trade.
  • Handle Trade Returns and complaints from Open Trade accounts, communicating with the Distributor in accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
  • Enhance sales operation efficiency and productivity by maintaining Sales Force Automation systems, along with conducting analysis and reporting.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for the Sales Force system, ensuring strong account penetration in Open Trade.
  • Provide timely and accurate business reports and analyses using the Sales Force Automation tools and systems.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in FMCG Sales; supervisory experience is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of Open Trade.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Fluent in spoken Cantonese and written Chinese; proficiency in English and Putonghua is advantageous.
  • Willingness to work outdoors and travel.
