Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Initiatives: Craft and execute strategic initiatives using cutting-edge frameworks and best practices, transforming ideas into impactful solutions from inception to delivery. Manage and monitor official website and mobile application technical aspects and optimizations.
- Empower Teams: Lead a dynamic digital team to gather and synthesize user insights, enhancing stakeholder engagement and securing buy-in for project deliverables and resources.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Manage relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, guiding the evolution of our business initiatives while ensuring projects progress smoothly and efficiently.
- Transformative Tracking: Develop robust systems to monitor transformation progress and assess initiative effectiveness, providing key insights for management reporting.
- Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep your finger on the pulse of the latest business strategies, technology trends, and global travel product innovations to uncover exciting digital opportunities that enhance stakeholder experiences.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 10 years in IT, with a minimum of 5 years in project management, showcasing a proven track record in large-scale web-based system development and implementation.
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), enterprise SaaS/PaaS solutions, modern web technologies, microservices architecture, API management, and more.
- Familiarity with web analytics tools, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Power BI, data warehouse architecture, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience in deploying cross-border technology solutions, especially in Mainland China.
- Strong project planning, risk management, and resource allocation skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
- Thrive in fast-paced environments, demonstrating strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present confidently to executive audiences.
