To secure their leading position around the globe and further expand their business blueprint in life insurance, they are currently looking for an experienced talent with financial service/ insurance background to develop business and maintain relationships with diverse commercial partners.

Job Description

• Contribute to the development of marketing strategies for life insurance.
• Maintain and expand the existing insurance portfolio.
• Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with commercial partners (and/or their key persons/contact point) to drive the implementation of new projects.
• Closely collaborate with Life Agency Team to line up partnership and assist them in achieving business goals.
• Mentoring agents to map out strategic plan and business goal by offering assessment and consultation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree holder or above.
• Minimum of 5 years working experience in finance/ insurance industry with business development expertise.
• Experience handling High-net-worth market/commercial clients will be an advantage.
• Excellent business acumen and leadership.
• Good communication skills with proficiency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel & PPT.
