Job Description
The engineer will be responsible for providing on-site desktop support to Singapore office and remote support to global Group offices.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following across the group:
- Provide on-site end user, application, desktop / laptop / mobile device and video conferencing system support;
- Provide remote helpdesk application, desktop / laptop / mobile device, video conferencing system support for other offices;
- Provide remote and on-site server and networking support (1st to 2nd line depending on experience);
- Proactively identify and implement new technologies to benefit the business and the user experience;
- Responsible for any ad hoc duties and projects may arise from time to time
- May require early morning shift
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Experience working as part of a global technology support team
- Experience in financial services and/or private equity is preferred
- Experience of working in a broad range of end user focused technologies, including:

- Active Directory and Azure AD
- Citrix
- iOS mobile devices
- Microsoft technologies including MS Office, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
- Message archiving platforms
- Mobile device management solutions
- Printer management and support (server and devices)
- Telephony support (primarily Microsoft Teams)
- Video conferencing systems
- Windows 10 and 11
