Job Description
A locally renowned semi-public organization is looking for an in-house IT solutions manager to be in charge of their internal Oracle NetSuite solutions and project management.
The Job:
- Communicate with internal stakeholders to understand and translate their needs into implementable enterprise solutions
- Act as Project Manager in managing end-to-end new application projects, from collecting internal users’ requirements, communicating with external vendors on system design and implementation to UAT testing, post-implementation training and documentation
- In charge of NetSuite enhancement projects and mobile app deployment
- Prepare and report project progress such as timeline, schedule, costing, resourcing planning and potential risks and issues to management regularly
- Conduct PoC testing on various SaaS applications
- Renew system licences and maintenance support contracts
- Prepare the project tender documents and execution of the tender process.
- Perform operation support to business users and IT Helpdesk on in-house enterprise applications
- To undertake any other duties and assignments as directed by the management.
- Overall review of the job: 50% on project management and 50% on platform operations support
The Person:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or any other related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in ERP systems (Oracle NetSuite), project implementation & management as well as operation support
- Hands on experience on Oracle database 12c and Microsoft SQL Server.
- Solid experiences in writing Java script, NetSuite Suitelet and SaaS application integration using REST API
- Project management certification like PMP, PRINCE2, ScrumMaster, etc. preferred
- Good command of written & verbal English & Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
