Senior Officer, Logistics – Retail

Our client is a global brand with over 1000 stores around the world. Redefining clothing, with a focus on quality and textiles. They are looking for a Senior Officer to join their organization.

Job Description:

• Support the logistics flow along the supply chain, which covers shipping from factories to DC (warehouse), B2B and B2C warehouse operation, deliveries from warehouse to brick-and-mortar store and online customers
• Work with different internal departments to drive for supply chain excellence
• Develop/update SOP and KPI to manage logistics services providers
• Increase the logistics efficiency together with logistics services providers.  Frequency warehouse visit is required
• Ensure the monthly billing accuracy of logistics services providers and apply for payment

Requirements:

• University graduate, preferred logistics or supply chain discipline
• At least 4 years relevant working experiences, third party logistics company working experience will be also considered
• SOLID experience in warehouse operation management
• Good knowledge in WMS and database
• Excellence analytic skill and sensitive with numbers
• Excellence communication skill
• Fluence in Cantonese, English and Mandarin, Japanese skill will be a plus
