APAC Merchandiser (Retail)

Our client is a worldwide iconic fashion brand, provide a range of accessories and apparel items. They are currently looking for an APAC Merchandiser to join the organisation.

 

Responsibilities

• Conduct sample sales through liaison with Operation / Finance/ IT teams
• Follow up on sample in and out, responsible for samples write off
• Prepare and attending all GTM process and meetings related to samples ordering & receiving
• Actively participate in Debrief meeting/ seasonal launch meeting/ pre-line meeting
• Collect feedback from Country teams and distributors
• Following up with global category teams
• Perform Seasonal Forecasting and sell through report
• Work on OTB and sales numbers with market teams
• Build framework (% by categories/ product types/ classes) by country
• Offer insight in APAC assortment discussions and provide forecasts by PLU code by market and channels
• Pack and unpack samples for previous and new season in partnership with Operations Team
• Maintain Monthly catch up with Global category managers / Country teams for better planning and forecast
• Keep track on Weekly shipment on Seasonal items
• Maintain weekly catch-up meeting with global category managers and GTM team to share updates

 

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Fashion, Supply Chain or related disciplines
• 2-3 years of solid experience as Merchandiser in fashion industry
• Candidate with exposure in Footwear is a plus
• Strong data analytical skills with command of MS Excel Functions
• Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese
