Logistic & Warehouse Manger

Responsibilities

• Works with the Group's Global Logistics Management to define strategic development measures and contributes to the production of the operational strategy.
• Responsible for medium and long-term planning
• Response for evaluating productivity, analyzing warehouse KPIs, and ensuring proper usage of tools and equipment to guarantee effective management across the entire process
• Responsible for monitoring labour costs and participating in the planning and organization of shifts
• Lead warehouse employees in designed operations
• Monitor inbound and outbound operations according to daily tasks
• Responsible for maintaining order and appearance of logistics sites
• Coordinate with IT department for all issues and updates
• Understand and oversee IT activities by supporting managers' needs in daily troubleshooting activities
• Ensure that the warehouse receives customer service requests promptly and with the appropriate priorities
• Interact with main customers in regular meetings to evaluate problems and provide solutions

Requirements:       

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Logistics or Industrial Engineering realted
• 5-10 years’ experience in the logistics industry, preferably in the fashion industry
• Good knowledge of Italian language is a plus
• Good interpersonal skill to maintain the relationships and liaises with suppliers and customers
• Demonstrates the ability to employ a range of different techniques to lead, coach and develop staff

Senior Officer, Logistics – Retail

Our client is a global brand with over 1000 stores around the world. Redefining clothing, with a focus on quality and textiles. They are looking for a Senior Officer to join their organization.

Job Description:

• Support the logistics flow along the supply chain, which covers shipping from factories to DC (warehouse), B2B and B2C warehouse operation, deliveries from warehouse to brick-and-mortar store and online customers
• Work with different internal departments to drive for supply chain excellence
• Develop/update SOP and KPI to manage logistics services providers
• Increase the logistics efficiency together with logistics services providers.  Frequency warehouse visit is required
• Ensure the monthly billing accuracy of logistics services providers and apply for payment

Requirements:

• University graduate, preferred logistics or supply chain discipline
• At least 4 years relevant working experiences, third party logistics company working experience will be also considered
• SOLID experience in warehouse operation management
• Good knowledge in WMS and database
• Excellence analytic skill and sensitive with numbers
• Excellence communication skill
• Fluence in Cantonese, English and Mandarin, Japanese skill will be a plus
