Summary of Position

The (Senior) Sales Specialist will be responsible for achieving individual, team, and company sales targets through excellent product knowledge, strategic alignment with marketing initiatives, and execution of sales plans. This role involves developing long-term customer relationships, supporting cross-functional teams, and providing valuable market insights with integrity and professionalism.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual targets.
  • Promote an extensive range of clinical diagnostic products to HA hospitals, private hospitals, laboratories, and institutions.
  • Identify new business opportunities to drive continuous growth.
  • Provide market and customer insights to support broader business and marketing strategies.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring smooth order processing and outstanding service.
  • Build and strengthen customer relationships to expand portfolio coverage and develop new accounts.
  • Deliver excellent after-sales service to ensure customer loyalty.
  • Conduct monthly sales analysis and implement action plans to meet objectives.
  • Organize and participate in trade shows, seminars, clinical meetings, and product training sessions.
  • Identify and engage key opinion leaders to foster strong business relationships.
  • Gather and report market intelligence and competitor activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and performance metrics.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a Science discipline (preferably Biomedical Science, Biotechnology, Biology, Chemistry, or healthcare-related fields).
  • Minimum 1–2 years of sales or marketing experience in the healthcare industry (fresh graduates with strong personality and drive will also be considered).
  • Proven track record of commitment, achievement, and demonstrated sales success.
  • Excellent customer relationship management and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, independent, and able to work under pressure.
  • Result-oriented with a positive working attitude.
  • High learning agility and adaptability.
  • Good command of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
