Our client is a globally renowned pharmaceutical company. As a (Senior) Medical Representative, you will be instrumental in driving the growth of the oncology portfolio while upholding the highest standards of ethics and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of the oncology market landscape, including competitor activities, market dynamics, and customer needs
- Promote and educate healthcare professionals on oncology products, ensuring clear communication of product features, benefits, and appropriate usage
- Conduct regular sales visits and establish strong, trust-based relationships with healthcare professionals
- Formulate and execute effective strategies to enhance product adoption and achieve sales targets
- Represent the company at conferences, seminars, CME events, and other scientific gatherings to build networks and gather market insights
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment in product strategy and promotional initiatives
- Perform additional ad hoc duties as required
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a science-related discipline
- 1–3 years of pharmaceutical sales experience in oncology
- Strong relationship-building and networking skills with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams
- Proficient in both English and Chinese
