Business Manager – Specialty Care (Oncology), Greater Bay Area (GBA)

Location: Hong Kong (covering GBA: Hong Kong, Macau, and Guangdong Province)

We are seeking a dynamic Business Manager to lead and optimize distributor partnerships, ensuring access, availability, and ethical growth for our specialty care oncology portfolio. This pivotal role drives disciplined channel execution, compliant demand generation, and seamless collaboration with Market Access, Medical, and Supply Chain teams.


Key Responsibilities

  • Distributor Strategy & Governance:
    Define and implement GBA distribution strategy, rationalize partners, and lead quarterly business reviews to ensure performance and compliance.

  • Performance Management & Commercial Excellence:
    Own sell-in/sell-through targets, forecast accuracy, and deploy dashboards to monitor coverage, tender participation, and inventory health.

  • Tender & Hospital Channel Execution:
    Drive tender readiness and win strategies for Guangdong, Hong Kong Hospital Authority, and Macau institutions; ensure formulary inclusion and contract compliance.

  • Market Access & Pricing Enablement:
    Support reimbursement initiatives and provide policy intelligence to guide pricing and pack strategies.

  • Medical, PV, and Quality Interface:
    Ensure distributor compliance with pharmacovigilance, product quality complaint processes, and GDP requirements.

  • Compliance & Risk Management:
    Uphold anti-bribery standards, conduct audits, and manage contracting and due diligence.

  • Stakeholder Management:
    Collaborate cross-functionally and deliver executive-ready reporting on performance, risks, and policy changes.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business, or related field.
  • 7–10+ years in pharma/biotech with specialty care or oncology focus; strong hospital/tender channel experience in GBA/China.
  • Proven expertise in distributor management and tender leadership.
  • Solid understanding of NRDL/PRDL, VBP/GPO, Hospital Authority processes, and GDP/GMP basics.
  • Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin; professional English required.
  • Willingness to travel 40–60% across GBA.
