We are seeking a Director of SOW to drive growth across the Banking and Financial Services sector, with a strong emphasis on Finance, IT and Human capital related projects in Hong Kong.
This is a senior, commercial role for a proven rainmaker who understands how to structure, and deliver outcome‑based SOW solutions. You will partner closely with our consulting business team to access senior decision makers and convert advisory relationships into scalable SOW engagements.
Key Responsibilities
Own and grow the SOW business across Banking and IT projects in Hong Kong
Manage and expand a profitable contracting and SOW revenue book
Partner with consulting teams to originate and deliver SOW‑led solutions

Drive go‑to‑market strategy and position SOW as a core growth engine
Requirements
8+ years’ experience in SOW, contracting, consulting, or professional services
Strong background in Banking and Financial Services, with IT delivery exposure is a plus
Proven track record of sales‑led growth in SOW or project‑based engagements
Deep understanding of SOW commercials, risk, and delivery governance
Highly commercial, strategic, and comfortable selling at senior levels

Responsibilities:
- Provide daily advisory support to Regional offices on AR operational matters, including system logic and usage, invoicing matters, bad debt write-off applications, and credit applications
- Ooversee and track the collection performance of Regional offices to ensure global AR KPIs are consistently met
- Prepare timely, accurate AR performance assessments, statistical reports, and analytical insights for Management review
- Support the supervisor in ensuring all Regional offices comply with Credit Policy and Control Procedures and related internal guidelines
- Deliver system support and manage ad-hoc requests from Regional offices and third-party agents
- Assist in the implementation and enhancement of AR-related systems and projects
- Manage, consolidate, and analyze large datasets using advanced Excel functions and tools to support management decision-making
- Coach and support Regional teams by providing training, guidance, and close collaboration with financial centers
Requirements:
- University Degree in Accounting or a related discipline
- Qualified accountant, or completion of all professional accounting qualification examinations
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the accounting field, welcome Big 4 candidates
- Hands-on experience in system automation projects, with the ability to gather user requirements and independently conduct UAT
- Experience with SAP is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in data handling and analysis
- Mature, self-motivated, deadline-oriented, and able to perform effectively under pressure and tight timelines
- Excellent communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Putonghua
- Advanced Excel automation skills, including macros and VBA, to enhance and streamline data processing are highly desirable

My client is market leading textiles company based out of Hong Kong. They are looking for an experienced Merchandising Manager with deep linen/textiles knowledge and a strong commercial mindset. Responsible for product range, pricing, P&L contribution and winning/expanding key accounts across apparel sector.
Responsibilities
- Own merchandising strategy for linen apparel categories.
- Develop seasonal and core ranges, SKU planning and pricing to meet margin targets.
- Win and manage key accounts (retailers, premium brands etc); create bespoke commercial propositions.
- Work with design, sourcing and production to ensure cost, quality and on‑time delivery.
- Monitor market trends, raw-material costs and competitor activity; drive actionable changes.
- Track KPIs: sell-through, margin, inventory turns and account revenue.
Requirements
- Degree Educated with 10+ years in textiles/linen merchandising (apparel is desirable).
- Proven track record winning major accounts and driving commercial growth.
- Strong commercial acumen, P&L experience and negotiation skills.
- Technical knowledge of linen and blends, supply chain and quality standards.

Supply Chain Specialist – (Planning)
Our client is a market leading European Pharmaceutical company seeking a Supply Chain Specialist to drive and optimise in‑market supply operations for Hong Kong.
Accountable for achieving service targets, cost‑to‑serve improvements and timely delivery of product launches while ensuring compliance with internal standards and local regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supply Chain Strategy & Governance: Align local supply chain activities with global strategy; liaise with commercial leadership and global stakeholders; escalate critical risks promptly.
- Demand Planning & Launches: Lead local forecasting and maintain forecasting tools; coordinate supply aspects of new product introductions, phase‑ins/outs, patient programs and tenders.
