Role Summary

We're seeking an experienced, innovative and adaptive IT Operations Lead to spearhead the daily operations of our cutting-edge, cloud-native trading infrastructure. This leadership role demands a deep technical understanding of highly available systems in fintech, alongside the ability to foster collaboration and innovation across regional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and ensure seamless day-to-day operations of our global cloud-based IT systems, targeting 99.99%+ service uptime and continuous availability for payment and transaction services
• Help to manage and coordinate with Shenzhen and Beijing teams for software and integration projects go-on, capable to analysis and drive the practical cases, gatekeep the legacy issues and safety issues.
• Architect and maintain a robust DevOps ecosystem supporting CI/CD pipelines, automation, and strong collaboration between engineering and operations
• Lead proactive infrastructure monitoring and maintenance, rapidly identifying and mitigating performance bottlenecks, outages, and emerging security threats
• Define and enforce operational best practices including incident management, change controls, and business continuity protocols
• Conduct comprehensive security audits and lead disaster recovery simulations, achieving ultra-low RPO targets (<30s)
• Build and scale multi-region monitoring and alerting frameworks for real-time observability and autonomous issue resolution
• Manage resources across diverse cloud platforms, optimizing for cost-efficiency and operational resilience
• Partner with security and risk teams to implement fraud detection, DDoS defense strategies, and support compliance efforts (e.g. PCI-DSS)

Qualifications & Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT operations, with minimum 3 years proven leadership in managing high-performance technical teams
• Professional proficiency in both English and Mandarin for effective regional collaboration (IANG/TTPS visa holders open)  
• Working experience related to payments or cross-border financial services sector, startups will be a strong advantage.
• Business-minded with the ability to align tech strategies with enterprise objectives
• Deep knowledge of multi-cloud architectures (AWS, GCP, Tencent Cloud) and regulatory data handling standards
• Hands-on experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, ELK stack, Jaeger or Skywalking
• Familiarity with PCI-DSS compliance and cloud-native security models (e.g. Zero Trust)
• Solid understanding of Kubernetes multi-cluster deployments and financial-grade microservices
• Bonus: AWS/GCP Professional Architect certification or CISSP credentials
