About the Role:
The Business Development Manager will be instrumental in executing the company’s growth strategy in Indonesia. This role focuses on building and strengthening strategic partnerships, expanding market presence, and driving revenue through innovative business development initiatives. The position involves close collaboration with international teams and active participation in regional expansion projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consistently achieve and exceed targets for revenue, trading volume, and active clients
- Develop and implement growth strategies through Introducing Brokers (IBs), strategic partners, and business development managers
- Lead expansion efforts in new markets within Indonesia by establishing strategic partnerships and leveraging existing relationships
- Utilize your network to identify key players and foster new collaborations that drive indirect contributions
- Optimize processes across functional areas to enhance efficiency and productivity
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless experiences for partners and clients
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or partnerships within the trading industry (FX, CFD, or Crypto)
- Existing book of business is highly desirable
- Strong planning and execution skills with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Highly self-motivated and results-driven
- Native Bahasa Indonesia speaker with strong English proficiency
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while driving team performance
