Senior Sourcing Specialist – Toy

A global leader in the international discount retail sector, they are looking a talented as Senior Sourcing Specialist for Toy category.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and assess suppliers while maintaining a database of qualified vendors.
• Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to ensure compliance with agreements.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies, managing procurement costs and budgets.
• Oversee new product development and resolve issues to maintain strong supplier relationships, including regular factory visits.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics & Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Merchandising with a focus on consumer goods.
• Proficient in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
• Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork abilities.
