Our client, a leading global pharmaceutical company renowned for its innovation and robust R&D pipeline, is expanding its medical team to support the launch of Oncology products in Hong Kong.
We are seeking experienced and driven Senior Medical Sales / Key Account Managers to lead strategic engagement and accelerate the adoption of this breakthrough oncology treatment across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Launch Leadership: Drive the successful launch of a newly introduced oncology therapy, building strong market presence and long-term growth.
- Key Account Management: Develop and maintain trusted relationships with oncologists, cancer centers, and key stakeholders across both public and private sectors.
- Sales Excellence: Consistently exceed sales targets through strategic territory planning, scientific engagement, and value-based selling.
- Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of oncology market trends, competitor activity, and clinical developments to inform strategy.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with medical affairs, marketing, and regulatory teams to support compliant promotional activities.
- Reporting & Forecasting: Provide accurate sales forecasts and performance insights to guide business planning.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Science, Pharmacy, or a related scientific discipline
- 2–3 years of pharmaceutical sales experience, ideally with exposure to oncology or specialty care
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving product uptake
- Strong scientific acumen, strategic thinking, and business insight
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
- Proficient in MS Office applications
