Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced sales professional and leader, preferably from the healthcare industry, to take on a senior role in driving business partnerships, strengthening existing relationships, and achieving sales objectives.
Job Responsibilities:

Lead a diverse sales team across multiple regions in APAC, implementing effective leadership strategies, crafting winning sales approaches, and ensuring consistent performance.

Consistently exceed revenue targets within the assigned client base and product portfolio by closely monitoring sales forecasts and developing strategic plans to expand business opportunities.

Identify and drive new business opportunities by engaging potential clients based on insights provided by leadership.

Analyze market challenges and opportunities, working collaboratively with senior leadership to enhance product offerings and business expansion.

Collaborate closely with delivery and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction while maintaining high-quality standards.
Requirements:

Minimum of 7-9 years of experience in media sales and/or digital transformation, preferably within the healthcare sector.

Proven track record in sales leadership, team management, and strategic sales execution.

Strong negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.

Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Highly energetic, self-driven, resourceful, and results-oriented professional.

Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
