Office Administration (12-Month Renewable Contract) – MNC Pharmaceutical Company
Job Summary:
A leading pharmaceutical company is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive and Administrative Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to executives and managing day-to-day office operations efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage General Manager's (Hong Kong & Macau) calendar, travel plans and set up meetings.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and briefs for executives.
- Manage office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Manage office supplies and equipment procurement.
- Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure.
- Monitor office budgets and expenses.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.
- Address employees' queries regarding office management issues.
- Ensure the smooth running of office systems and procedures.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant/ Office Admin or similar role.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and office management software.
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Discretion and confidentiality.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
