Administrative Assistant – Global Investment Firm (Singapore)
Job Summary:
A leading global investment firm is seeking an Administrative Assistant or Senior Administrative Assistant to support a dynamic multi-functional team in Singapore. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule internal/external meetings, including logistics, agenda prep, and materials
- Manage calendars and facilitate seamless scheduling across global offices
- Arrange travel bookings, itineraries, and expense reporting
- Handle video/audio conferencing setup for global meetings
- Process invoices, expense reimbursements, and maintain administrative records
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of administrative experience (more experience considered for a senior role)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
