By scaling their commercial capabilities and fostering innovation from this regional hub, they are combining deep local understanding with global excellence to ignite forward-thinking solutions across surrounding markets.

To support this journey, they are looking for an ambitious Head of Business Transformation with a deep understanding of both the Hong Kong landscape and the nuances of the mainland China consumer market. This role is pivotal in developing transformative channel strategies and steering breakthrough business initiatives across the Greater Bay Area and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Business Evolution

  • Champion strategic transformation programs that enhance sales approaches, drive digital integration, and streamline efficiency in key account and e-commerce operations.
  • Promote a mindset of agility and experimentation across online and offline sales ecosystems.

Account Management & Strategic Alliances (Hong Kong & Macau)

  • Build and nurture lasting partnerships with leading retailers and digital commerce stakeholders.
  • Lead commercial negotiations, structure collaborative business plans, and drive performance against volume and revenue goals.

Channel Development & Market Expansion

  • Craft and implement channel growth strategies to scale FMCG reach throughout the Greater Bay Area and adjacent regions.
  • Scout new commercial avenues, develop partner ecosystems, and design effective go-to-market models.

Cross-Border Collaboration

  • Liaise closely with mainland China teams to synchronize plans, tap into synergies, and accelerate penetration into local markets.
  • Ensure commercial and regulatory compliance across cross-border initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Over 10 years of proven experience in FMCG channel development, with success in both Hong Kong and mainland China.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong drive for results and transformation.
  • Skilled communicator and negotiator with fluency in English and Mandarin; Cantonese is advantageous.
  • Solid grasp of China's market mechanics, regulatory environment, and customer segmentation frameworks.
