Job Summary

A vital role in business analytics, insights, and sales effectiveness for operations in Hong Kong. This position offers you the chance to assist management with business planning, oversee sales structures, design sales incentives, and manage customer segmentation, providing valuable exposure to strategic decision-making and cross-functional collaboration in a vibrant business setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, science, or a related field is required; a relevant master’s degree is a plus
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English
• 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
• At least 3 years in analytical roles
• Experience in a multinational pharmaceutical company is highly preferred
• Strong analytical abilities with strategic thinking skills
• Business acumen to practice forecasting and modeling within the pharmaceutical sector
• Proactive with excellent time management and problem-solving skills
• Agile mindset to develop new business strategies and advocate for innovative ideas from concept to execution
• Adaptable to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment with tight deadlines
