🔍 What You’ll Do
- Build and grow relationships with hospitals, clinicians, and procurement teams to promote urology portfolio.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic territory planning and customer engagement.
- Provide hands-on technical support and product training to healthcare professionals.
- Identify new business opportunities and support market development initiatives.
- Represent company at industry events, conferences, and exhibitions.
- Deliver market insights and performance reports to management.
🧠 What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Biomedical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in medical sales (medical devices or pharmaceuticals preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented.
- Fluent in English and Cantonese (Mandarin is a plus).
Candidates with less experience may be considered for the Junior Sales Executive role.
