Senior Customer Service Officer – B2B focused / MNC
Summary:

Main Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional corporate customer service by following established processes to ensure a high level of Customer Excellence for our international clientele.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales Team, coordinating projects with the Procurement and Product Development departments to ensure seamless execution.
- Strive for continuous improvement in customer satisfaction by responding promptly and professionally to inquiries, and preparing tender submissions, samples, presentations, calculations, and quotations.
- Develop and manage project plans proactively, providing regular updates to the Sales Team and the Customer Service Manager.
- Process sales orders, monitor new orders, and track forecasts and deliveries to ensure project completion.
- Follow up on customer payments to ensure timely processing.
- Address customer complaints effectively, working to resolve issues within expected timeframes while maintaining a high level of satisfaction.
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree holder, preferably in Business Administration, Supply Chain or related disciplines
- 3-6 years’ work experience in account management, sales support or merchandising for international trading organizations
- Confident, out-going personality with a strong team-player spirit and excellent interpersonal skills
- Comfortable to work in a fast-paced work environment, well-structured and organized, effective time management skills
- Willing to learn with a strong sense of responsibility
- Detail-oriented, a solution-driven thinker with good interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent command of written and spoken English, fluency in Cantonese and Mandarin is a MUST
- Proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel, Chinese Word Processing and PowerPoint
