Senior Customer Service Officer – B2B focused / MNC

Summary:

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional corporate customer service by following established processes to ensure a high level of Customer Excellence for our international clientele.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales Team, coordinating projects with the Procurement and Product Development departments to ensure seamless execution.
  • Strive for continuous improvement in customer satisfaction by responding promptly and professionally to inquiries, and preparing tender submissions, samples, presentations, calculations, and quotations.
  • Develop and manage project plans proactively, providing regular updates to the Sales Team and the Customer Service Manager.
  • Process sales orders, monitor new orders, and track forecasts and deliveries to ensure project completion.
  • Follow up on customer payments to ensure timely processing.
  • Address customer complaints effectively, working to resolve issues within expected timeframes while maintaining a high level of satisfaction.

Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree holder, preferably in Business Administration, Supply Chain or related disciplines
  • 3-6 years’ work experience in account management, sales support or merchandising for international trading organizations
  • Confident, out-going personality with a strong team-player spirit and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable to work in a fast-paced work environment, well-structured and organized, effective time management skills
  • Willing to learn with a strong sense of responsibility
  • Detail-oriented, a solution-driven thinker with good interpersonal communication skills 
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English, fluency in Cantonese and Mandarin is a MUST
  • Proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel, Chinese Word Processing and PowerPoint
