We are currently recruiting a launch excellence executive/ manager for our top MNC pharmaceutical client. Our client is looking for a candidate to work closely with their sales, marketing and product development team for the new product to ensure customer and client engagement to align with their business goals. This role offer the chance to take part in a new product launch, and strategically using data to continuously drive product launch excellence.  
 

Key Responsibilities: 
 
As a launch excellence executive/ manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our client's business. You will be responsible for advocating pharmaceutical products to assigned customers and KOLs, implementing strategic utilization of customer and market data to drive business excellence and maintaining professional engaging relationships with various stakeholders. Your proactive attitude will be key in ensuring effective strategy execution. Furthermore, your commitment to customer satisfaction will contribute significantly to the company's reputation and promotion of pharmaceuticals to assigned clients and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs). 

• Implement strategic promotional functions to achieve relevant KPI initiatives.  

• Maintain a professional and proactive attitude with hospitals, sales manager, and relating departments to ensure effective strategy execution. 

• Maintain professional relationships with hospitals, clinics and relating departments for effective product launch excellence.  

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service. 

• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, business flow and market trends with relevant products.  

Key Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree holder, preferably in Biomedical/ Pharmacy/ Chemistry or relevant science disciplines but not a must.  

• At least 3 years of experiences in pharmaceutical industry, preferably for O&G experience. 

• Project management skills. 

• Proficiency in English and Cantonese. 

• Strong presentation and interpersonal communication skills. 

• Proficient in MS office applications, i.e., Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook. 

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team with proactive attitude.
