Senior Leasing Officer - Leading Retail Group

A prominent retail group with a vast network of mass chain stores across the Asia-Pacific region, is seeking a Senior Leasing Officer to enhance their leasing operations.

Responsibilities:

• Negotiate new leases and renew existing agreements while managing lease expirations and tenancy contracts.
• Conduct thorough market research, site analyses, and financial assessments for new leases and renewals.
• Liaise with agents, property developers, and landlords to secure new locations for store expansion.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with landlords, agents, and other key stakeholders.

Requirements:

•  Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 3 years of relevant leasing experience, preferably in the retail sector from tenant side
• Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, analytical, and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong command of English.
