Senior Leasing Officer/ Leasing Officer

Our client a sizeable leading retail group with mass chain stores across APAC. They are looking for Senior Leasing Officer/ Leasing Officer to support general leasing matter for existing business.

Package:

Responsibilities:

• Negotiate new leases, renew existing ones, and manage lease expirations and tenancy agreements
• Conduct market research, site analysis, feasibility studies, and financial assessments for new leases and renewals
• Coordinate with internal and external parties for store takeovers, handovers, fitting-out, and renovations
• Liaise with agents, property developers, and landlords to acquire new sites for store expansion
• Build and maintain good relationships with landlords, agents, and other stakeholders

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Administration or a related field
• 3 years of relevant leasing experience, preferably in the retail or real estate development industry
• Strong network with major property developers, landlords, and agents
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, analytical, and time management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and good command of English and
