Our client is one of the leading AI firms around the globe, providing well-rounded cyber security solutions to their customers. To cope with their business needs, they are currently hiring a Customer Success Manager to join their young, energetic and ambitious team. You will be responsible for cross-selling and upselling an assigned portfolio of 30-50 key clients in Hong Kong.

About The Job
- Relationship management with existing customers to maintain satisfaction and retention
- Constant health check on clients and ensuring they have the maximum utility from their defense solutions
- Conduct frequent portfolio screening and identify upsell and/or cross-sell opportunities from potential clients
- You will be responsible for driving adoption and outcomes leading to renewals, expansion, and advocacy across your portfolio. You should have a passion to learn about cyber security and AI, while always wanting to deliver the best service to our customers
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree Holder
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in IT industry as Customer Success, Account Servicing/ Management related job roles
- Prior working experience in cybersecurity field is a plus
- Strong upselling/ cross-selling skills
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills with good business acumen
- Good command of verbal & written English and Chinese (both Mandarin and Cantonese)
