Project Manager/ Merchandiser (FMCG)
Our client is a FMCG manufacture company, convey a new wave of cutting-edge products with the world's best retailers.
Responsibilities:
- Developing strong cross functional department connects to ensure all aspects of the business are engaged in successful delivery of projects
- Managing critical path from product sign off to shipment
- Coordinate with several commercial team on tracking the budgets
- Closely tracking on the forecast and inventory management
- Developing and managing project plans to ensure the schedules are on time and well-coordinated with all manufacturers and suppliers
- Drive process optimization initiatives through collaboration with internal / stakeholders and suppliers, constantly identifying opportunities cost savings and production process efficiency
- Review all completed projects to ensure improvements are incorporated into new projects
- Drive change according to business needs, including continuous improvement of the processes that manage all of the above
Requirements:
- High diploma or above with merchandising experience, project management experience will be a plus
- Experience in PDLC / product management of sundries in household and bags
- Experience on Health & Beauty formulated products will be an extra
- Be able to demonstrate in depth of manufacturing process
- Good presentation skill to build relationships with all stakeholders
- Good knowledge of methodologies and techniques for planning, monitoring and controlling projects
- Innovative with strong passion in driving changes and continuous improvements
- Self confidence in front of factories, overseas offices and customers
- Good command of both spoken and written in English & Chinese & Mandarin
- Enjoy travelling to factories in Asia Regions
