Senior Merchandiser, Planning – Retail
Our client is a global brand with over 1000 stores around the world. Redefining clothing, with a focus on quality and textiles. They are looking for a senior merchandiser to join their organization.
Responsibilities:
- To evaluate daily, weekly, monthly, and seasonal inventory reports and sales performance
- To increase sales and profit by examining sales potential, controlling inventory, and maintaining effective SKU control
- Responsible for merchandise mix and assortment planning, including ordering and sales simulation forecast and replenishment
- Coordinating with several departments to ensure the operation efficiency
- Communicate and collaborate with regional members
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree with minimum 5 years related experience in retail chain business
- Detail oriented, strong numerical and analytical sense
- Capable to evaluate complex amounts of information and present findings clearly and concisely
- A well team player with good communication & interpersonal skills
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and Chinese word-processing
- Prior experience in multi-national companies
- Good command of both spoken and written English
